Dear Dancers and Families,
At Take Five Dance Academy, the health and safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Arizona Governor Doug Ducey’s recent executive order closes indoor gyms and fitness clubs. Because the Governor's mandate does not specifically address dance schools, we feel it is in the best interest of public safety to suspend in-person classes until further notice.
Starting Monday, July 6th, we will ONLY have online Zoom classes. We will conduct all classes on their scheduled day and time. A separate email will be sent with Zoom info. Our teachers are committed to providing engaging classes to help continue your child’s dance education and training. Our hope is to offer in-person classes in August.

TAKE FIVE DANCE: NEW COVID-19 POLICY
Avondale Mayor, Kenn Weise, has implemented a local order with regard to mandating face coverings.
Effective June 21, 2020, until further notice, face coverings by employees and customers will be required in city facilities, and in all retail establishments, convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, gyms, indoor sports or activity facilities, and medical offices.
Starting Monday, June 22nd, all Take Five Dance Academy DANCERS, PARENTS, STAFF, AND FACULTY ARE REQUIRED to wear face masks when entering, staying in, and exiting the studio and during all classes.

We specialize in beginners of all ages and offer training through pre-professional levels. Our dancers go beyond technique to develop important life skills, learning to be respectful, confident, and conscientious young people who share their gifts and talents with the community.

Trying to decide between different DANCE SCHOOLS?
Take Five Dance Academy offers classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics, Lyrical and Hip Hop.
Our students range in age from 2 to young adults.
Since 1991, over 3000 students have taken classes at our Avondale and Goodyear locations. We started as a small studio, but have grown to become the largest dance school in the west valley. We do not believe we are the best because we’re the biggest. Instead, we believe we’re the biggest because families think we are the best.
As a parent, we realize you have a choice between several different Dance and Acrobatic schools. All schools are not the same. We constantly renovate and improve our facilities and provide ongoing training to our staff to ensure we are always providing our students and parents with the best experience possible.
